Matches words that include "word", such as "wordsplitting" and "wordperfect". Use the asterisk before and after.

Search using a combination of words

Matches documents with both words.

A variant of the above is combinations of words and part of a word
YourWord Word*

Matches documents that contain "YourWord" and minimum one word, starting with "word"
